Terms & Conditions for Buzz Immigration

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the buzzimmigrations.online website and services operated by Buzz Immigration ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. Services Description

Buzz Immigration provides immigration consulting services for individuals seeking to immigrate to Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Immigration eligibility assessments and consultations
  • Application preparation and submission assistance
  • Document review, verification, and preparation
  • Consultation and advisory services for various immigration programs
  • Pre-departure and settlement guidance
  • Representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

We are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our license number is [LICENSE NUMBER].

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Buzz Immigration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your information or circumstances
  • Cooperate with our reasonable requests for documentation and information
  • Make timely payments for services as agreed in your service agreement
  • Review all applications and documents before submission
  • Understand that ultimate immigration decisions are made by government authorities, not by Buzz Immigration
  • Provide truthful information and documentation in all immigration matters
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Fees and Payments

Our fees are based on the services provided and are outlined in our service agreements. Key terms include:

  • Consultation fees may apply for detailed assessments beyond the initial free consultation
  • Service fees are typically payable in installments as outlined in your service agreement
  • Government application fees are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility
  • Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements and are subject to the stage of service completion
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice

4. Limitations of Service

Important limitations to understand:

  • We provide immigration consulting services as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, not legal representation in court
  • We cannot guarantee immigration approval – all decisions are made by government authorities based on their criteria
  • Processing times are estimates only and subject to government processing times, which are beyond our control
  • Immigration laws, policies, and requirements may change at any time, affecting your application
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities or changes in immigration policies
  • Our services do not include guaranteed job placement, admission to educational institutions, or housing assistance

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buzz Immigration and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Buzz Immigration.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website or services
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us
  • Modify, adapt, or hack the website or modify another website to falsely imply it is associated with Buzz Immigration
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor or copy our website content

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buzz Immigration shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Immigration application refusals, delays, or requests for additional information by government authorities
  • Changes in immigration laws, policies, or procedures
  • Client-provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
  • Decisions made by third parties including educational institutions, employers, or government agencies

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services in question during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buzz Immigration and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
  • Your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your relationship with us by providing written notice. Termination fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements signed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzz Immigration regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the services.
